Ashlyn Cianciolo is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher who loves to help people understand their bodies in motion. She completed her Pilates training and certification through a unique 4-year comprehensive Pilates apprenticeship under the mentorship of Laurel Desmarais, and has been teaching 1:1 and group Pilates classes since 2019.
 

Before beginning her professional career, Ashlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. And since moving to Nashville in 2015 has enjoyed the collaborative atmosphere of Nashville's dance scene. Ashlyn has performed, produced, and choreographed with Blue Moves Modern Dance Company, abrasiveMedia’s Project Awake, and other freelance projects. Her background in dance taught her to look at movement through a critical lens - which helps her notice small details when teaching Pilates.
 

When she's not teaching, you can find Ashlyn knitting, making sourdough creations, or cuddling with her cat, Mia.
